Painted in 2025, "Western Flyer" by John Ramos is his newest oil painting. The significance behind this image carries much depth. This is the ship, John Steinbeck sailed the Sea of Cortez while writing "The Log from the Sea of Cortez". Ironically, John's Loreto home was mentioned in the novel.
